With over 15 years of industry experience, Judy Cheng plays a key role in all phases of the firm’s institutional projects from schematic design throughout construction administration, and overseeing work in the pre-design stages. For large state-funded projects, she is familiar with obtaining City approvals, DSA final approval, CDE preliminary and final approvals, and OPSC funding submittals. Additionally, Cheng oversees many of the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives. She was named an Associate in 2005 and an Associate Partner in 2011.
