The 132-bed Alcala Vista Apartment project completes the final phase of student housing in the charming Alcala Vista Village at the University of San Diego. The University is sited on a hilltop which provides dramatic views over San Diego's Mission Bay. The new apartment complex has been designed and built to fit seamlessly into the existing village, matching its beautiful Spanish Mission style of architecture that the University is known for, while providing students with modern, safe and accessible housing.
Convenient and attractive outdoor spaces were created by careful placement of the apartments, providing students with passive and active gathering places. As a result, the students are offered the opportunity to experience the total learning environment unique to the University of San Diego. The project provides high-quality student housing and related amenities which emphasize the value the University places upon the well-being of its students.
